Accessing or using Las Geisha or the official website indicates your agreement to the following terms of use. Please contact Las Geisha to inform them of the nature of your inquiry before taking any legal or other actions.

Payment and Fees

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or through several internet payment processing companies.

Las Geisha reserves the right to change prices on the website at any time. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date prices on our website, but errors may occur occasionally. In the event of an error, we will contact you via email before shipping your ordered items. Prices of products do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are determined by the shipping company's calculation system.

Import duties, consumption tax, and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, Las Geisha presents the price to customers after deducting 30% from the regular price of all products.

Shipping fees are free of charge.

Order processing

We process online orders within 2 to 3 business days after receiving full payment, and then proceed with shipping.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. Las Geisha is not liable for any delivery errors made by the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping carrier regarding any issues related to delivery.

When ordering items from Las Geisha for international delivery, please note that import duties and/or taxes may be imposed. Las Geisha does not assume any responsibility for charges incurred due to customs duties/taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance are beyond our control and Las Geisha cannot predict the value of these charges. For details on import duties and goods tax policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Las Geisha utilizes EMS (International Postal Service) as the shipping carrier. Unless special circumstances require additional charges, shipping fees are free and will be outlined during checkout. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from Las Geisha containing shipping information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier.

Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We do not accept cancellations. Except in cases of incorrect shipment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer preference after purchase are not accepted.

Las Geisha offers all its products by remaking vintage silk kimonos made of 100% second-hand silk. Due to their second-hand nature, some products may have stains or other imperfections. While we meticulously inspect and check each item to ensure they are wearable before selling, if you are concerned about these aspects, we recommend refraining from placing an order.

In the case of returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect shipping, Las Geisha will engage in discussions with the customer to address the issue. Should any liability issues arise, Las Geisha will work directly with the customer to resolve them. The terms and conditions of each sale will apply, serving as the basis for discussions.

Regarding Lost Items

Customers understand and agree that Las Geisha (Supremacy Co., Ltd.) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided by our company. All products are purchased at your own risk. Any loss occurring during transportation shall be borne by the shipping company. Las Geisha will provide tracking numbers and contact information for the shipping company as needed. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company and handle the situation once this information is provided. We do not assume any responsibility for lost items.
